One year anniversary at work!

One year anniversary at work!

Wow I have a lot of cool things to say, and one totally uncool thing to say.

So let's start off on the cool side of things ok?

First of all I am going to get next Friday and Saturday off from work (my birthday and the day after to recuperate). So that is cool (however, an uncool thing is associated with that). Plus my birthday is only like a week away. So that is another cool thing (one uncool with that also). Oh and I think I am getting my raise to eight bucks an hour so that is awesome also.

Another cool thing is that today marks my one year anniversary at my job. What makes that cool is that one of my district managers called me at work and told me happy anniversary yesterday. It was so cute and made me feel all important and stuff. I have an entry from exactly a year ago that goes on about how I felt at first about my job (maybe I will read that). Another cool thing about it being a year is that I am eligible for vacation time now (paid vacation time).

However with cool things have to come uncool things. That guy I like that is supposed to go to my party isn't going (I think). I mean he is scheduled to work those days so I doubt he will be able to make it. He was supposed to request those days off or something like that and I don't know if he just didn't do it, or if she just didn't give it to him. It almost made me sad enough to not have a party and just go out to eat or something (which I am still thinking on doing). I don't want him to think that is why though (even though is kinda is).

Oh and I don't think I am getting much for my birthday. I mean I know I am going on 21 and all and I shouldn't have to be bought for, but it just feels good to be bought for. And I don't think it is happening. Oh well.

Anyway, I will prolley write something else on here befor emy birthday so I'll just check with you all later.
