So it is Christmas Eve huh? Wow, how time flies.

I've had a pretty cool day today. Even though I had to work it was pretty good. It was a "fun day" at work today. I don't know how much fun it is when you don't get a break until like 2:30 and you are starving to death, but it was fascinating. We ate some pizza and did the whole "Secret Santa" thing. Even though nothing was very "secret" about it. Everyone knew who had whom so that sucked. Plus it was rather stupid. I mean I like buying presents for people thats the cool part. However, it really sucks when nothing is bought for you. Yeah, I know that sounds selfish but I don't mean it to be. So my manager put a very, er selfish, twist to it. Plainly it went like this "if you didn't buy a present for someone you don't get one. The present bought for you will go to someone else." So, since my person who got me didn't buy me anything I got the present bought for her. Um yeah. How impersonal is that? So it was a pretty cool gift (2 10 dollar gift cards to Hollywood Video). But the impersonality of it really sucked. Because, in all reality, it wasn't bought for me. It was bought, and though of, for someone else. Yeah I get all Christmas-Y, especially when I have the money to buy someone something. And when you think about it, since the spending limit was 20 bucks and since the gift I bought was 20 bucks, I ultimately only bought myself those 2 gift cards. I don't know... wow it has been a while since I rambled about nothing, hasn't it? Did you miss it?

Oh and my friend Kenya just told me the coolest news. You see we are both going to be 21 around the same time in the wonderful year of 2003. Well she was discussing it with her mom and her mom said that she would buy Kenya, Mimi, and myself plane tickets to Las Vegas in July. How cool is that? All we have to do is get the hotel room, the food, the gambling and drinking money, stuff like that. So I am going to start collecting now. I'll save 25 bucks from every pay check. And hey, if we don't end up going, I'll just be that much richer when I find out. But it is going to be awesome if we do go.

I decided about my Christmas day movie-to-watch. Now don't kill me Ryan but I just don't feel like sitting down for 4 hours on Christmas day and watching the movie. I will later though. But after some calling I am going to stay true and loyal to my baby Leonardo DiCaprio. No its not Gangs of New York, although I DO want to watch that one, but it is Catch Me If You Can. Man when I saw that preview I was just like "I HAVE TO WATCH THAT MOVIE!" So we are watching that one tomorrow night. Me, my brother, and my sister. Should be an interesting little extravaganza.

Aw and my friend Rebecca from when I went to Florida sent me a Christmas card. It was so cool because it was so unexpected. I didn't think she had my address, but she obviously did. So I am going to send her a card also. I mean it will be a little late, but I'll make sure it is more of a New year's card than a Christmas card ya know? Man it made me feel all giddy inside to see her sending me a card. Man I miss her. I need to go take a drive over to New Mexico and see her. As if it is that easy or something.

Oh, and to hit the front page of the AOL news today "McDonald's might change their hamburger ingredients." Um ok. It is said that they are changing them to make the taste better. My question is why didn't they think of this brilliant plan later? If you could fix the taste all this time why wait until now? Oh yeah I know the answer to that, because you fuckers are going BANKRUPT.

Ok ok ok. That was harsh. I should be jolly and merry right now right? I am I am. *coughcoughbahumbugcoughcough* I'm just joking.
