Happy Halloween!
Happy Halloween!
Yep, its that time of the year again. I am not referring to Halloween, I am referring to the time of year when everybody everwhere is thinking "oh my god less than 2 months for Christmas time!".
Yeah, that's right parents are hauling ass to Toys R Us, kids are thinking "yay it's about to be x mas time", and the stores are thinking "yeah we're about to make some money."
Now I know that most kids today are like "wow I get lots of free candy for dressing up like a complete idiot" but after tonight they are going to be focusing on "yay I get free gifts for doing absolutely nothing!".
When did Christmas time start so early in the year? When did it turn to the act of buying gifts? When did everyone stop thinking about the real meaning behind it and start thinking about turkeys and gifts? Most kids don't even know what the holiday is supposed to signify. Oh well, modern industrial America for you. Value system shot to hell.
Other than that little rant of mine I am going to do the same shit I do everyday today. Which is work and go to school. No exception. I used to dress up, but you know I figured, being 20 and all, that I am getting a little old for that. So now it is an excuse to act all stupid at work. That's even better. I'll eat some of my nieces candy anyway ;-)
Oh and I am not going to have enough money to go to Houston like I thought I was. So my friend is coming down here. So that way I don't have to have so many days off, just one. I am so low on cash and hours at work. I need to work more. Now I just have to tell my friend Mimi. She was going with me but I haven't talked to her since like Saturday.
Oh and I bought the Christina Aguilera and Nick Carter CD yesterday. Their both super cool! I didn't think the CA one was going to be that great but it actually was. I just have to totally ugnore the fact that she has turned into some super slut who thinks she has to be naked all up on her CD insert.
Oh oh and a little update here... I made an 85 on my Sexuality test! YAY! I was all proud of myself and stuff. It wasn't the highest grade or anything but it is just fine for me!
Oh and Jennifer Lopez is coming out with a new CD on the 26th of November! How cool is that? I always loved Jennifer lOpez. Why am I on this rejuvenated CD hype?
My friend upset me yesterday. Her damn boyfriend pisses me off. She told someone that she doesn't like hanging out with me when she is with him. So I guess that means we aren't going to hang out often, huh? She is ALWAYS with her boyfriend. I mean what else can I expect, it IS her boyfriend. But it is not my damn fault that he is some like psycho who finds ways to piss me off like all the time. Plus, I think she can do so much better.
I'll miss her.
